The table below summarises access to University of Greenwich library resources and services for partner staff. The information is available to download as a handout:

Access to the portal

All staff - requires an Affiliate Account

Access to electronic resources (databases, journals and ebooks)

Please note:

  • access is via the portal so requires an Affiliate Account
  • electronic resource licences may not permit partner staff access to certain resources - view further information here
  • access to electronic resources is provided only for the teaching/support of University of Greenwich students and these resources may not be used for the teaching/support of other students in the partner institution

Access to the University of Greenwich libraries

You will not be able to gain entry without showing your Greenwich Gateway card

All staff - requires an Affiliate Account

Once staff have been issued with an Affiliate Account they will need to visit one of the Student Centres to obtain their Greenwich Gateway card. This card is required for access to the libraries and to borrow material (16 items)

Please note - library staff will need to create a library account for partner staff on their first visit

Use of library computer labs

All staff - requires an Affiliate Account

Registration for the SCONUL Access scheme which allows use of other university libraries

All staff - requires an Affiliate Account and a library account
