If you need to access the Wi-Fi, to change your password or are just trying to find your way around, then this is the place for you.

We know that the first few weeks at university can be very confusing and that just navigating your way round a strange place, both virtually and in-person, can be very stressful. Here you will find some useful information to help you figure out where everything is and to get you set up with all your essential IT.

IT booklet for new students

Whether you're a new student or returning to university after a break, there's a lot to remember at the start of the academic year.

To help you to get settled, we've published a booklet for students which is designed to help you get to know our IT and Library services.

Meet the Digital Champions

Digital Champions are students like you! They work as student mentors to provide digital skills support and training to new and continuing students at all levels, throughout the year. Click here to make an appointment with a Digital Champion for one-to-one digital skills support.

Come and meet some of our Digital Champions at a special GREFest workshop. They will explain all about the IT support available to you as a student and answer any questions you may have about accessing WiFi, the Portal, Moodle and more

The IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is your first line of support for all of your tech issues. There are IT support desks on all three campus libraries. The IT Service Desk can aso be contacted as follows:
