Using LibrarySearch

LibrarySearch is the Library’s main search tool, allowing you to cross search many of our print and online collections in one place. Use LibrarySearch to discover books, full text journal articles, conference papers and proceedings, reports, eBooks and some audio visual content.

LibrarySearch can also be used to identify references to peer-reviewed articles, books and other documents not currently held by the Library, but which we may be able to obtain for you through our Document Supply service.

Find the link to LibrarySearch in the dedicated LibrarySearch channel on the Library & Computing tab in the Student Portal. Alternatively, search in the box below. If you are off-campus or accessing this page on your own device via University Wi-Fi, please refer to our Using Library Search off-campus guide in the Guides for you to download section.

Looking for Swetswise?

Swetswise was the precursor to LibrarySearch and enabled you to search our journal subscriptions. Unfortunately, Swetswise is no longer available. LibrarySearch enables you to search all of our journal content, plus our print books, e-books, video content and more.

If you're still being referred to Swetswise by one of your tutors, please let us know!
