If you need to access the Wi-Fi, to change your password or are just trying to find your way around, then this is the place for you.

We know that the first few weeks at university can be very confusing and that just navigating your way round a strange place, both virtually and in-person, can be very stressful. Here you will find some useful information to help you figure out where everything is and to get you set up with all your essential IT.

Whether you're a new student or returning to university after a break, there's a lot to remember at the start of the academic year.

The IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is your first line of support for all of your tech issues. There are IT support desks on all three campus libraries. The IT Service Desk can aso be contacted as follows:
