Preparing for your future.

Future you

Book your place at the Student Conference 2023 and join in the conversations about what your future might look like and how you can make a difference.

We aim to make sure that Greenwich students are equipped with the resilience and the confidence and the skills that you need to actually, really, achieve whatever you want to do. (Jane Harrington, Vice-Chancellor, University of Greenwich, Student Conference, 2022.)

Conference theme

The theme of this year's conference is Future you. What do you think your professional and personal futures might hold?

  • Your professional future
    • What will life look like in the future?
    • How can you prepare for the jobs and skills that will exist in the future (but which don't exist now)?
  • Your personal future
    • What does a 'future you' look like?
    • What lifestyle do you see yourself living?
    • How can you plan and prepare for your future life?

This is a conference 'for students, by students'. You can contribute to the conference in three categories, as a group or individual. Presentations can take place live online, or they can be pre-prepared or recorded.

Booking closes on Thursday 23rd February.

In the evening, University of Greenwich and Medway students are invited to join us at an evening reception at the Dreadnought Building, Greenwich campus. Please book your place at the evening reception here

  • Greenwich Employability Points
  • Expand your LinkedIn network
  • Networking opportunities
  • A chance to share your unique student experiences and insights
