This is the library guide for Law. Here you will find information on the library resources and support available to you to help you with your studies.
Your Academic Services Librarian, Vik Chauhan, can help you find high quality academic information for your assignments, projects and research by searching our many library resources. He can also help you with the very important skill of referencing.
For help with any of the above, you can book a one-to-one appointment with Vik, to be conducted either face-to-face at Stockwell Street Library or online via Microsoft Teams.
We also run a number of general and specialist workshops throughout the year. For more information about our workshops, see our 'Academic and Skills Team Workshops' calendar below to browse and book onto any workshop that may be of interest.
We have weekly drop-in help sessions and scheduled workshops across all three campuses that you are welcome to attend. Take a look at our workshops on offer and book in for a session today.
Workshops are delivered by your friendly Academic Support Librarians, Academic Skills Tutors, Royal Literary Fellows and the Maths and Statistics Help Team
Academic Services Librarians can help you with database searches, finding information, using online resources and the mechanics of referencing. Please make an appointment with the Librarian attached to your School.
Academic Skills Tutors can help you with academic writing, structuring your work, and thinking critically. We work across the campuses with students from every discipline. Make an appointment with any tutor, regardless of your subject.
Maths and Statistics help Tutors - During your University studies you are likely to be working with numbers and data. Talk to a tutor about the maths and stats you're working on.
Digital Champions can provide bespoke help for using digital tools or issues with online learning.
You can book appointments up to two weeks in advance. If you do not see any available appointments then please check back in a few days. Or you can contact the Academic Support Team on ils-ast@gre.ac.uk.
