I have a remit for collections provision, dealing with licensing and authentication, co-ordinating the Document Delivery Service, managing the Greenwich Academic Literature Archive (GALA) and generally working with colleagues across ILS to ensure that eresources access is as seamless as possible for all users on and off campus. I also assist with research support for PhDs and early career researchers in collaboration with the Academic Support Team.
