Filming in our Libraries

How to request permission to film or photograph in our libraries

Arrangements for filming on campus

Any requests for permission for filming within our libraries should be made via the Estates and Facilities Directorate. University of Kent and CCCU externals should email a request to DHLHelp@medway.ac.uk.

There are a number of procedures that need to be followed before coming onsite to film. 

Site Access

All those accessing site must complete and online access form for permission to access site via security.

Please complete this for the duration the contractor is on site rather than daily.

To access our site you are required to complete an online access form.

Induction Form

Please ensure all contractors / consultants / visitors have completed an on-site induction form.

All personal attending site are required to complete the University of Greenwich site induction by reading the attached and completing the online site induction questionnaire form.

The site induction is valid for 12 months across all campuses.

Please familiarise yourself with these and include them in your RAMS and tool box talks.

AMS system

Any incident or near miss on site will need to be reported on this electronic system and logged.

You should first self-register in order to access the University’s incident reporting system.
