If you require Audio Visual (AV) system support for an event, a minimum of six weeks' notice will be required. All support requests must be submitted by filling in the form below. The EFM Events Team should complete this form on behalf of all external clients. For internal events, this form should be completed by the relevant university contact.

Please be aware that the availability of any specialist setups must be checked through this process before confirming an event. Any other requests will need to be reviewed by ILS on an individual basis. Some requests will require the involvement of a third party AV company, and additional charges will apply.
Out of hours support is dependent on IT support staff being available to work overtime, which must be checked and confirmed in advance through this booking process.
