IT and Library Supported Classrooms: St. George's Centre Medway

Your guide to our classrooms and AV equipment

AV provision in St George's Centre Medway

The university is using space at the St George's Centre Medway.

Please be aware that this teaching space is not supported by ILS, and the facilities differ from our typical classroom setup.

If you are timetabled to teach in this location you will need to bring your own Windows laptop (most MacBooks are not compatible even when using adapters).

Windows laptops can be borrowed (subject to availability) from the laptop loan (LapSafe) service at the Drill Hall Library. We recommend selecting a 3 day loan laptop from LapSafe as these include a power supply.

Connection to the on-site AV system is via HDMI connection.

eduroam WiFi is not available in this location

Please ensure that you have logged in to download your presentation and any further teaching materials you need whilst still on campus, as St. George's does NOT offer eduroam.

For any support relating to a university supplied laptop please contact the IT Service Desk 0208 331 7555.

If you require on-site assistance at this location or have further questions about the facilities, please contact: Paul Mason (St. George's site manager) who has an office located near the main entrance.
