  • Lecture Theatre
  • Classroom
  • Study group
  • Meeting room
  • IT Lab
  • Open space

Standard Audiovidual Specification

Our lecture theatres and classrooms are equipped with audio-visual equipment to facilitate efficient learning experiences. These spaces typically feature access to the university's Wi-Fi network via eduroam, ensuring seamless connectivity for students and staff.

Each room is equipped with

  • a teaching podium that houses a control panel, enabling instructors to operate the AV system effectively
  • network-enabled PC access, allowing users to log in with their university credentials.
  • an audiovisual system, which includes speakers for clear programme audio and the ability to connect a laptop
  • a document camera (visualiser) for displaying physical documents or objects
  • local monitors for enhanced visibility

Every lecture theatre and classroom is also equipped with a projector or display.

While these facilities are standard across all rooms, the specific equipment and configurations may vary. For detailed information on the equipment available in specific rooms, please use the ILS Supported Rooms Inventory app.
