The IT Service Desk is extending its opening hours to 8:45am – 5:15pm during teaching weeks, so issues in teaching and learning spaces can be responded to before teaching starts at 9:00am.
If you call between 8:45-9am with a question that is not teaching and learning related, you may be asked to call back after 9am. Support for teaching spaces is always prioritised and will be our prime focus before 9:00am
Calls to the IT Service Desk from Teaching and Learning spaces are prioritised, so please call 7555 from the phone on or near the podium for the fastest response between 8:45am-5:15pm.
Only Hyflex spaces can support teaching on campus and online using Teams at the same time. Sessions held in other teaching spaces should be taught on campus with recordings shared via Panopto afterwards.
The majority of general teaching rooms and IT labs do not yet support Hyflex delivery.
